no. 3 - guiltless eating
today, i indulged in a roasted pepper and feta croissant and a green tea latte for breakfast… and then indulged in a vietnamese sandwich and chinese, curry beef pastry for lunch.
no guilt. the food went down devinely.
i believe sundays are definitely a day for treats. we work hard all week – today is the day to cook as little as possible, but eat certain things that we normally would not have most times.
